At The Yetee, we want you to love your new gear; if you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Please note that limited edition daily tees and mystery items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and were not purchased as part of a final sale or mystery bundle.
- 2.Contact Support
Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and include a note with your order number inside the package before shipping it back to our headquarters.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
